1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and PostedDeals ("we", "us"), operator of posteddeals.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use PostedDeals.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared.
3. The service
PostedDeals surfaces real estate opportunity signals extracted from publicly visible posts written by third parties, with a link back to each original post. We do not create, own or verify these posts, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Facebook or any group whose posts appear in the feed.
4. Not advice, not a broker
Signals are informational leads only — not confirmed deals, offers, listings or investment, legal or tax advice. We are not a real estate broker or agent and do not take part in any transaction. Always verify property details, ownership, title and numbers independently before acting.
5. Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Pro costs $49 per month. Card subscriptions are sold through our reseller Polar, which is the merchant of record for those orders and handles payment, billing support, sales tax and receipts. Card subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Crypto payments through NowPayments buy Pro access until the paid-until date shown in Settings and do not renew automatically.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a card subscription at any time; email us or use the link in your Polar receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
7. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we charged you in error. If you believe a charge is wrong, email us within 14 days and we will review it with Polar or NowPayments.
8. Promo codes
Promo codes apply to the first card billing period only, have no cash value, cannot be combined, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.
9. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy in bulk, resell or redistribute signals; share your account; interfere with or probe the service; or use PostedDeals to harass, spam or deceive posters or other users. When you contact a poster, you are responsible for following applicable laws, including telemarketing, text-messaging and anti-spam rules.
10. Content removal
If you wrote a post shown on PostedDeals, or believe content infringes your rights, email us the link and the reason. We will review the request and remove content where appropriate, usually within 5 business days.
11. Sponsored content
Free accounts may see placements marked "Sponsored". They are paid advertisements, not endorsements, and your dealings with any advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
12. Our content
The PostedDeals site, software, design and the structured fields we produce belong to us. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own investing activity.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PostedDeals at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
14. Disclaimers and liability
PostedDeals is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions you make using the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the app; continuing to use PostedDeals after they take effect means you accept them.
